Every day follows a calm, structured rhythm, built around connection, movement, and joy.
8:00 – 11:00 AM
Arrivals, health check-ins, and enrichment activities including word games, discussion groups, and skill-based experiences timed for when minds are sharpest.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Movement sessions including tai chi, dancing, and walking conversations, followed by a freshly prepared hot lunch.
1:00 – 5:00 PM
Creative and purposeful activities including art, music, gardening, storytelling, and opportunities to volunteer.
